The Mitigation Monitoring Program was approved as part of <br /> the project and includes an annual review. Please review your agency's mitigation <br /> measures. The impacts, mitigation measures and Forward's compliance are listed by <br /> agency. <br /> If Forward Landfill is not complying with your agency's mitigation measures, please let <br /> me know in writing prior to May 16, 2014.
