The <br />drainage gravel was transferred with belly dump trucks from the quarry and placed on the mobile unloading <br />system to be transferred over the lined area. The DGM was spread in a continuous 12 -inch lift with a D6 Cat <br />LGP Dozer equipped with GPS for grade control over the cushion 12 -oz geotextile. <br />• The Contractor continued placement of the coarse gravel in the east LCRS trench and in the sumps. <br />Personnel: (4) Operators, (1) Supervisor, (1) Grade checker, (2) Laborers. <br />Equipment: (1) Water truck, (2) 637 Cat Scrapers, (1) D6N Cat Dozer, (1) D6R LGP Cat Dozer, (1) 966 Cat <br />Loader, (1) 14H Cat Motor grader, (1) Cat Fork Lift. <br />Comanco Lining Activities: <br />• None <br />• Personnel: 0 <br />• Equipment: None <br />CQA (GLA) Activities: Field Personnel (1) <br />• CQA personnel performed continuous monitoring of all construction activities ensuring conformance with the <br />project specifications. <br />• CQA personnel monitored the placement of the drainage gravel materials at all times ensuring that proper <br />procedures were used to prevent damage to the underlying synthetic liner. <br />Meetings and Site Discussions: <br />
