Cover comprised of TASW, tarps and soil. <br />2. One winter pad has been completed. Another winter pad Is In construction. <br />3.. There Is a large pile of overs on site. According to the operator, the overs will be used for traction control during <br />inclement weather. Overs, after being used as traction control, shall be handled as waste. <br />4. The falconer is on site. According to the operator, the falconer has been on site since October 16, 2012. <br />5. The concentration of explosive gas in GP 28, 12 and 11 Is 0% by volume. <br />6. All record are up to date. <br />7.
