STANDARD PROVISIONS AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS, JANUARY 2012 -20- FOR 20 - FOR WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS FOR DISCHARGES REGULATED BY SUBTITLE D AND/OR TITLE 27 groundwater passing the point of compliance to allow the detection of a release from the waste management unit [Title 27, § 20415(b)(1)(B)1.]. 30.Additional monitoring points shall be added as necessary to provide the best assurance of the earliest possible detection of a release from the waste management unit [Title 27, § 20415(b)(1)(B)2.]. 31. The Discharger shall graph all analytical data from each monitoring point and background monitoring point and shall submit the graphs to the Central Valley Water Board annually [Title 27, § 20415(e)(14)]. 39. For each waste management unit, the Discharger shall collect all data necessary for selecting appropriate data analysis methods for establishing background values for each constituent of concern and for each monitoring parameter [Title 27, § 20420(c)].
