Well No. 1 <br />has the second lowest PCE concentrations and should have mechanical repairs <br />5 completed as soon as possible so that the well can be monitored and utilized to <br />6 supplement the lead Well No. 4 if Well No. 1 remains in compliance with all MCLs. Well <br />,T No, 2 should be used as little as possible until treatment has been installed, and <br />8 Standby Well No. 3 is to be used only for short term emergencies with public <br />9 notification. <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 Due to the violation of the Tetrachloroethylene MCL during the month of March 2007, <br />14 NCYCC is hereby directed to take the following actions: <br />15 <br />16 1, In accordance with Section 64463 of Title 22, California Code of Regulations <br />1.7 (22CCR), NCYCC is required to notify the consumers of the institution of the <br />1a Tetrachloroethylene MCL exceedence.
