This permit is conistent with the San Joaquin County Intograted Waste h4anauement Plan, 4vhich was approved by the CalRecycle.on March 1997. The location of the facility is identified in theCountywideSiiting Ejen cut.pursuant to Public RCSOUrces Cod(PRC),`section 50001(a). h. This permit is consistent with the standards adopted by the CalKecycle,pursuant to PRC 44010. c. The desi-ii and operation of the facility is consistent with the State Minimun)Standards for Solid Waste Ilandling and Disposal as determined by the enforcement agency,Pursuant to PRC 4009. d. The design and operation of-the facility is in compliance with the State Miniitum Standards for Solid Waste Handling.and Disposal as determined by the LEA on February 30,2003- c. The following authorized agent has made a determination that the flicility is consistent with,and designated in,the applicable general plan: San Joaquin County dinning Commission,February 6,2003 in accordance with Public Resources Code,Section 50000.5(a). g. The Environmental Impact Report describes and supports the design and operation,4vhich. will be authorized by the issuance of this perniit. A Notice of Determination was filed with the State Clearinghouse on-4/14/03. h. A Negative Declaration was tiled with the State Clearinghouse(SCI #2010112045)and certified by the SJC Planning Commission on January 16,2011. The Negative Declaration is prepared to address environmental impacts associating with the relocation of the permitted boundaries. 14. Prohibitions: The permittce is prohibited from accepting the following wastes: Hazardous,radioactive,medical(as defined in Chapter 6.1,Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code),liquid,designated,or other wastes requiring special treatment or handling,except as identified in the Report of Facility Information and approved amendments thereto and as approved by the enforcement agency and other federal,state,and local agencies.
