Of the 3 operational light towers, <br />one is pointing toward the waste dumping area, one at the waste on the slope, and one at equipment parking <br />area near the active face. <br />-Provide adequate lighting at the active face. <br />x <br />20650 - Grading of Fill Surfaces <br />Comments: Ponding is observed on FU -06. <br />- Eliminate ponding. <br />- Grade fill surface to promote lateral runoff and prevent ponding. <br />x <br />20820 - Drainage and Erosion Control <br />Comments: Erosion is observed on slope of FU -06. <br />-Repair all erosion_ <br />-Provide adequate erosion control. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />1. On November 12, 2015, as requested by the operator, the Forward Landfill had been granted an emergency waiver to <br />allow the landfill to receive waste on Sunday and to suspend types of wastes accepted at the landfill so that the landfill <br />can accept burnt debris from the Butte fire. The waiver expires 120 days from date of granting unless a request for <br />extension is submitted. <br />2. Cover consists of soil and tarps. <br />3. The falconer is on site. <br />4. The wheel washer is operational. <br />5. The concentration of explosive gas in GP -11R, 12R, and 28 is 0% by volume. <br />6. All records are up to date. <br />
