There is <br />heavy traffic at time. <br />- Provide adequate lighting at active face. <br />- Ensure that light towers are operational. <br />X <br />20860 - Traffic Control <br />Comments: 10 -15 minutes into opening, there is heavy traffic at the active face and on-ramp. No one is <br />directing the traffic. There appears to be a traffic jam. <br />- Provide adequate traffic control. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />'. Cover consists of soil and tarps. <br />2. According to the operator, falconer is on site starting today till the end of the month. During inspection, the falconer <br />does not fly his falcon to chase other birds; he uses pyrotechnics to scare other birds. <br />3. According to operator, the tarp-o-matic is not working today.
