On November 12, 2015, as requested by the operator, the Forward Landfill had been granted an emergency waiver to <br />allow the landfill to receive waste on Sunday and to suspend types of wastes accepted at the landfill so that the landfill <br />can accept burnt debris from the Butte fire. The operator requested an extension of this waiver on 3/11/15. The <br />extension of this waiver was granted on 3/14/16. The extension expires 120 days of date of granting unless a request for <br />extension is submitted to EHD. The operator is to submit report, as described in 14CCR17210.5(b), to EHD every 90 <br />days. <br />2. On February 26, 2016, as requested by the operator, the Forward Landfill had been granted an emergency waiver to <br />allow the landfill to accept waste loads exceeding the 620 vehicles per day as described in Solid Waste Facility Permit so <br />that the landfill can accommodate the Butte fire clean-up. The waiver expires 120 days from the date of granting unless <br />a request for extension is submitted to EHD. <br />3. Cover consists of soil and tarps. <br />4. The falconer is on site. <br />5.
