The daily cover met state minimum standards.The site is using PGM,tarps and soil for cover. <br /> 2. The site had very little onsite litter. Portable litter fences were in place. <br /> 3. The active face is located in the new cell. <br /> 4. The site operator was operating 3 light towers during the inspection.The light towers were facing north and west away <br /> from the approaching aircraft. <br /> 5.
