Mr. Lochlin Caffey
October 8, 2006
Page 3
0 On -Site Interior Structure Testing
In accordance with the approved testing schedule, the interiors of on-site structures are to be tested at
a minimum, on a quarterly basis. On September 29, 2006 on-site structures (i.e., landfill office,
portable office, scale house, locker room and supply room) were tested for the presence of methane
gas. In each structure, random selected locations (i.e., electrical outlets and junction boxes, conduits,
drains, floor cracks, etc.) were tested. Test results (shown on Table 2) indicated no methane gas was
detected at any accessible location tested.
SCS is scheduled to perform fourth quarterly monitoring of 2006 (October through December) of
the interiors of on-site structures by the month of December 2006.
Standard Provisions
This report addresses conditions at the subject site during the test dates only. Accordingly, we
assume no responsibility for any changes that may occur subsequent to our monitoring which could
affect the quantity of LFG at the subject site or adjacent properties.
Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact either of the undersigned.
Ver my your
0
Mr. Arthur E.
