I <br />not, the Draft EIR forces us to wonder whether it is reasonable to assu <br />that "if after further study it becomes evident due to reasons not y <br />recognized, that a different replacement site location has certai <br />advantages," the County will abandon this proposal? <br />You will recognize that many of these same points were raised in the <br />letter which I addressed to Mr. Iwamiya in November of 1980, but which <br />were not addressed in the Draft EIR.
