Area of Concern - T27 CCR 20750 - Cracks in the intermediate cover of module 1 (northeast corner) are venting gas <br />which has a strong old garbage odor. 27% methane was measured from one crack in the cover. <br />Implement a site maintenance program to monitor and promptly repair all erosion and cracks in the <br />intermediate cover of the landfill. <br />7. Area of Concern - T27 CCR 20760 - Cracks in the intermediate cover of module 1 (northeast corner) are venting gas <br />which has a strong old garbage odor. 27% methane was measured from one crack in the cover. <br />Eliminate the nuisance odors. <br />18. Area of Concern - T27 CCR 20810 - Several rat poison containers in the Recycling Center building were empty. <br />Refill all rat poison containers. <br />9. Area of Concern - T27 CCR 20820 - The intermediate cover is eroded on the north side of module 1. There are <br />several grooves, caused by water runoff, in the cover . <br />Repair erosion of the cover including all grooves caused by water runoff. <br />10. Area of Concern - T27 CCR 20900 - Cracks in the intermediate cover of module 1 (northeast corner) are venting gas <br />which has a strong old garbage odor. 27% methane was measured from one crack in the cover. <br />Repair all cracks in the intermediate cover to ensure that all air quality criteria are being met. <br />11. Area of Concern - T27 CCR 20919 - Cracks in the intermediate cover of module 1 (northeast corner) are venting gas <br />which has a strong old garbage odor. 27% methane was measured from one crack in the cover. <br />Eliminate the LFG hazard by repairing all cracks in the intermediate cover. <br />INSPECTOR SIGNATURE: 9 DATE: A61�4AS <br />
