Laboratories will be reviewed by the <br /> County of San Joaquin to verify that an adequate quality control pro- <br /> gram is followed. <br /> CHAIN-OF-CUSTODY CONTROL <br /> The following procedures will be used during sampling and analytical <br /> activities to provide chain-of-custody control during transfer of sam- <br /> ples from collection through storage. Recordkeeping activities and <br /> tools will include: <br /> • Field logbook for documenting field activities <br /> • Sample labels to identify individual samples <br /> • Chain-of-custody record for documenting transfer and <br /> possession <br /> • Laboratory analysis request sheet for documenting analy- <br /> sis to be performed <br /> Field Lo book <br /> In the field, the sampler will record the following information in the <br /> field logbook for each sample collected: <br /> • Project number <br /> • Client name <br /> • Source of sample (i .e. , well number) <br /> • Well accessibility and integrity <br /> • Time and date <br /> PJ9 9390207.00D -8 <br />
