That <br /> would eliminate the need for storage, sales space and <br /> staffing. <br /> Another method would be to contract out salvaging at <br /> disposal sites to a private contractor. <br /> EVALUATION: <br /> 1. Effectiveness in Reducing Solid Wastes: <br /> MRFs may be very effective in removing large <br /> quantities of recyclable materials from the solid waste <br /> stream.
