V. Waste Quantity Projections: <br /> The 1990 census provided the following 1990 populations <br /> for San Joaquin County and its cities. Also in <br /> Appendix One, Tables A I-23 through A I-26 present projections <br /> for the same fifteen year period adjusted to reflect the <br /> levels of recycling targeted by the County to achieve the 25% <br /> and 50% reduction in waste disposal by 1995 and the year 2000 <br /> to comply with the ACT. <br /> VI. Waste Generation Analysis: <br /> AB 939 Guidelines require each jurisdiction to prepare a <br /> Waste Generation Analysis based on the information resulting <br /> Chapter 2 - Waste Generation 17 <br />
