SECTION 10101 <br /> MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS AND TAGS <br /> PART 1 GENERAL <br /> 1.01 SUMMARY <br /> A. The following signs and safety equipment shall be provided and installed <br /> by the Contractor. <br /> B. Submittals shall be made for signs and tags supplied under this section, and <br /> in accordance with the pertinent provisions of Section 01300 of these <br /> Specifications. <br /> PART 2 MATERIALS <br /> 2.01 SIGNS AND TAGS—FLARE ASSEMBLY <br /> A. The Contractor shall provide and install fiberglass signs in and around the <br /> flare station and at locations designated and approved by the Engineer and <br /> as specified below: <br /> Sign Location <br /> Caution: Methane Gas,No Smoking On outside of flare <br /> station enclosure door <br /> and gate <br /> Caution: High Voltage 480 Voltage Electrical <br /> Panel <br /> Danger: This Equipment Starts On Blowers <br /> Automatically by Remote On Flare <br /> Control On Air Compressor <br /> Flare manufacturer and maximum On Flare <br /> BTU rating 3"x 5"SS Plate welded <br /> to flare <br /> Caution: Hot Surface On Flare <br /> Danger: Do not stand in front of air On Flare at eye level <br /> dampers near dampers <br /> B. Signs shall be a minimum 14"W x 10"H. <br /> C. 2-inch round brass tags shall be wired to header monitoring ports and well <br /> control valves. Tags shall include location identification and for wells,the <br /> depth of the active gas collection zone.
