These calculations indicate <br /> a Factor of Safety of not less than 1.5 with minor modification of the final closure <br /> configuration. The results of these calculations are approved by Mr. Michael Driller of the <br /> California Department of Water Resources. <br /> • Further documentation of the basis for closure and postclosure maintenance cost, as <br /> requested by Mr. Gino Yekta of the CRRR.
