Ms. Castaneda W -2- <br />FINANCIAL ASSURANCE DEMONSTRATION FOR CLOSURE, POSTCLOSU E MAINTENANCE, CORRECTIVE <br />ACTION AND OPERATING LIABILITY FOR NORTH COUNTY RECYCLING CENTER AND SANITARY LANDFILL <br />(FACILITY NO. 39-AA-0022) <br />We are pleased to report that NCRC&SL's closure fund is adequately funded for the current reporting <br />period. In fact, NCRC&SL's closure fund balance is nearly twice the minimum required. Because of <br />the excess funds deposited before, no deposits were made for the current reporting period. We will <br />resume deposits when the actual closure fund balance nears the required minimum. <br />POST CLOSURE MAINTENANCE <br />Financial assurance for postclosure maintenance is through Pledge of Revenue Agreement No A-93- <br />1212. A copy of the agreement was submitted before and is available upon request. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION <br />Financial assurance for corrective action is now demonstrated through a Pledge of Revenue Agreement <br />established through San Joaquin County's resolution No R-08-686.
