If you would, after they place it, take some pictures
and if need be make recommendations to make sure it is not a mess. The material has been oriented in 'rows' approximate 20 ft.
wide and 10 ft. high. The particle size varies from approximately 2 ft. in diameter all the way down to less
than % inch. After the material has been placed on the slope, refuse co -mingled with it as well as
particles larger than 1 ft. in diameter are removed.
If you require additional clarification please let me know.
From: Natalia Subbotnikova [EH][mailto:nsubbotnikova@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Friday, October 01, 2010 12:31 PM
To: Dan Johnson
Subject: RE: Winterization Plan for the North County Landfill
Hello Dan,
In follow up to the winterization plan we need clarification on the placement of organic material
reclaimed from the windrow areas. What kind of material? Where is the material coming from?
How large are the particles? How clean is the material?.... est.
Thanks,
10/14/2010
