As such, my department, Pest Detection/Emergency
Services is trying to eradicate EGVM. Part of the process is finding EGVM in the larvae stage, putting them in
plastic bags, and then burying the bags to at least a certain depth. I have attached a Scope of Work highlighting
the work to be performed at the landfill. Please let me know if the work to be performed is doable and I will
proceed with the contract. If not, please let me know. Thank you for your help.
Scott
From: Marlene Handley [mailto:mhandley@sjgov.org]
Sent: Monday, April 18, 20113:15 PM
To: Scott Okimura
Cc: Eshetu S. Gebremichael
Subject: North County Landfill
Hi Scott,
We spoke earlier today, and you needed the current rate sheet for North County, which I have attached.
You said your North County account number is 68. This belongs the County of San Joaquin Agricultural
Commissioner, and the bill is sent to them to pay. By your e-mail address I am guessing that you are part of the
State, and would therefore need your own account number. Please fill out all the information asked for in the
top part of the application. As a governmental agency, we do not require a deposit, so please disregard that
part. Please include phone numbers and e-mail contact, and we will let you know what your account number is.
You may contact me or Eshetu, if you have any further questions, or need a W-9 from us.
Thank you,
Marlene Handley
Accountant 11
Solid Waste Division of Public Works
209-468-3066
4/19/2011
