Also enclosed please find: <br />• Application for renewal of the Solid Waste Facility Permit (California Regulatory Agency Form <br />E-177). <br />• Proposed Solid Waste Facility Permit as submitted by our Local Enforcement Agency (San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department). <br />New or revised information in this JTD includes: <br />• Detailed evaluation of the seismic stability as requested by you and Mr. Gino Yekta of the (now) <br />California Department of Resources, Recycling, and Recovery (CDRRR). These calculations <br />indicate a Factor of Safety of not less than 1.5 with minor modification of the final closure <br />configuration. The results of these calculations are approved by Mr. Michael Driller of the <br />California Department of Water Resources. <br />• Further documentation of the basis for closure and postclosure maintenance cost, as requested <br />by Mr. Gino Yekta of the CDRRR. Mr. Yekta has found the bases for these estimates acceptable. <br />• Incorporation of the Waste Discharge Requirements adopted by the Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board on January 29, 2010. <br />
