You can go ahead and move forward with <br /> the proposed changes at the four landfills; however, Calrecycle would like responses from the Operator <br /> with respect to the following: <br /> 1. The monitoring is not compromised as a result of the new design change <br /> 2. Certification from the Operator/consultant that the new design will function the same way as the <br /> original design. <br /> 3.
