North County has a condition in the permit prohibiting large <br />dead animals. Large dead animals are 40 lbs and heavier. Goats may exceed that depending <br />on age and breed. I would suggest that Foothill be the facility to accept the carcasses. <br />There is no prohibition in the permit. It would be cleaner (from a regulatory stand <br />point).
