Adding drainage berms and pipes to drain the landfill surfaces constructed this last year. <br />2. Install new downcomers and retain existing downcomer pipes in place. <br />3. Placing seed, starter fertilizer, and erosion control mat on the surface of Module 3 & 4 that <br />has reached final grade since last year. <br />4. Improving the landfill access road north and west of Module 1, 3 & 4 by tar/oiling the existing <br />aggregate base. <br />5. Removing weeds from trench near water pump house. <br />6.
