DWR <br /> Well Standards 74-90,section 9C: Radial thickness of Seal states in part:A minimum of two inches of <br /> sealing material shall be maintained between all casings and the borehole wall...At least two inches of <br /> sealing material shall also be maintained between all casings ina borehole...etc. Based onthis alone, | <br /> wouldn't approve the well design.
