The County Franchised/Licensed Collectors have been advised <br />and they'll be directing their trucks to either the Foothill Sanitary Landfill or the Forward <br />Landfill. General public customers are being directed to use the Foothill Landfill, the <br />Central Valley Waste Transfer Station in Lodi, and the Tracy Materials Recovery Facility <br />and Transfer Station, in Tracy.
