Adding drainage berms and pipes to drain the landfill surfaces constructed this last year. <br />2. Install new downcomers and retain existing downcomer pipes in place. <br />3. Placing seed, starter fertilizer, and erosion control mat on the surface of Module 3 & 4 that has <br />reached final grade since last year. <br />4. Improving the winter customer road & new upper winter pad in Module 3 & 4 by laying new <br />aggregate base and then tarring/oiling the road and winter pad. <br />5. Removing weeds from trench near water pump house. <br />6. Other improvements as the needs arise. <br />Many of these items are under way at this time.
