Ms. Castaneda -2- <br />FINANCIAL ASSURANCE DEMONSTRATION FOR CLOSURE, POSTCLOSURE MAINTENANCE, CORRECTIVE <br />ACTION AND OPERATING LIABILITY FOR NORTH COUNTY RECYCLING CENTER AND SANITARY LANDFILL <br />(FACILITY NO. 39 -AA -0022) <br />We are pleased to report that NCRC&SL's closure fund is adequately funded for the current reporting <br />period. In fact, NCRC&SL's closure fund balance is more than one and a half times the minimum <br />required. Because of the excess funds deposited before, no deposits were made for the current <br />reporting period. We will resume deposits when the closure fund balance nears the required minimum. <br />Financial assurance for postclosure maintenance is through Pledge of Revenue Agreement <br />No. A-93-1212. A copy of the agreement was submitted previously and is available upon request. <br />��WLM[O7I <br />Financial assurance for corrective action is through Pledge of Revenue Agreement established through <br />San Joaquin County Resolution No. R-08-686. A copy of the Pledge of Revenue was previously <br />provided and is available upon request. <br />Financial assurance for operating liability is demonstrated through County's self insurance policy.
