4. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with state minimum standards for solid waste handling and disposal as <br />determined by the LEA on February 24, 2010. <br />5. The facility shall be in compliance with flammable clearance provisions as required by Linden Peters Fire District. <br />6. The Notice of Determination for this permit shall be subject to all applicable mitigation measures which identified in the land use <br />conditions of approval #UP -89-2 as adopted by the San Joaquin County Planning Department. This complies with Sections 21108 <br />and/or 21152 of the Public Resources Code. The Mitigated Negative Declaration (SCH # 92082082) was adopted by San Joaquin <br />County on October 31, 1992. The Final EIR (SCH# 2006062113) was adopted by San Joaquin County on December 5, 2006. <br />16. Prohibitions: <br />The following actions are prohibited at the facility: <br />a. Disposal of hazardous wastes <br />b. Disposal of designated wastes <br />c. Disposal of medical wastes <br />d. Disposal of cannery wastes <br />e. Disposal of sludge and septic tank pumping <br />E Disposal of liquids/slurries <br />g. Open burning <br />h. Scavenging <br />i. Standing water on covered fills <br />j. Disposal of wastes beyond the handling capacity of the facility or acceptance of any other waste for <br />which this facility is not permitted to handle is prohibited. <br />15.
