Quantities and types of materials recycled and/or salvaged shall be reported to <br />the LEA on an annual basis. <br />4. A Jog of ,special occurrences, Le:, fires, explosions, accidents, hazardous <br />wastes, etc., shall be maintained and reported to the LEA on an annual basis <br />and no later than December 31 of each year. <br />5.
