Consists of geonet with overlying and underlying filter fabric. <br />3. Textured on both sides. <br />4. Shall exhibit appropriate strength characteristics (hydrated) to accommodate <br />stresses associated with specific landfill design parameters, with particular attention <br />to interface, long-term creep, shear, and bearing capacity. <br />2. Lateral expansions of the existing Unit (i.e., new modules) shall be constructed <br />in accordance with the following LCRS design: <br />a. Foundation layer - graded at 2.2% cross slope toward collection sump. <br />b. Blanket layer — <br />1) > 3/4 -foot thick layer of rounded gravel over base liner <br />2) Geocomposite (or equivalent combination of geonet and filter fabric) <br />over slide slopes. <br />c. French drain — perforated HDPE pipes installed in gravel filled troughs <br />above the base liner, including the following: <br />1) 4 -inch diameter laterals installed at 1 % minimum slope. Laterals shall <br />be equipped pipe risers at each end for inspection and cleaning, if <br />necessary, and a wire rope to enable video camera inspection of the <br />lines. <br />2) 6 -inch diameter header pipe at a minimum 2% slope. <br />d.
