San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District PERMIT UNIT: N-1119-1-0 EXPIRATION DATE: 11/30/2002 EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE LANDFILL, 12.4 MILLION CUBIC METER CAPACITY (185 ACRES) 1. No air contaminant shall be discharged into the atmosphere for a period or periods aggregating more than three minutes in any one hour which is as dark as, or darker than, Ringelmann 1 or 20% opacity. [District Rule 4 10 1] Z. No air contaminant shall be released into the atmosphere which causes a public nuisance. [District Rule 4102] 3. All equipment or systems installed or used to achieve compliance with the terms and conditions of this Permit to Operate shall be maintained in good working order and be operated as efficiently as possible to minimize air pollution emissions.
