In addition, all heavy <br />equipment is equipped with rollover protection and fire extinguishers. <br />6.2 SUPERVISION, PERSONNEL AND TRAINING <br />6.2.1 Personnel Requirements (Also Applies to Recycling Center) <br />Descriptions, qualifications and duties of site personnel will be adjusted as needed to facilitate <br />site operations. <br />Required qualifications for Site personnel (Plate 15) are as follows: <br />• Solid Waste Site Manager — Performs responsible supervisory work for refuse disposal <br />operations. Minimum qualifications include either four years as an Equipment Operator Il, <br />Foreman or civil engineer involved in solid waste operations or activities, or engineering <br />construction activities in San Joaquin County, or four years of experience in heavy earth- <br />moving construction or in maintenance or operation of solid waste management faculties, <br />including two years in supervisory capacity.
