As a result of our phone conference, we have agreed
to the comments and additional requirements contained in the RWQCB
letter. These comments and requirements are listed below in the order
that they appeared in the March 9 letter.
GENERAL COMMENTS
1. We will mention the site's previous disposal uses, such as sludge,
drilling muds, and pesticide container disposals.
2. We will show on a map the location of all surface-water and
ground-water samples that were collected on, under, and within
1 mile of the site to provide a reliable indication of whether
there is any leakage of hazardous waste.
h 3. We will provide a summary of the findings of the Air Quality SWAT
and discuss any implications such findings may have on water
quality degradation potential .
1921 Rvqwood Avenue.
