This indicates that this portion, located along Corral Hollow Creek, <br />is located within the 100 year flood zone. <br />This particular area can be seen in more detail by viewing Drawing 1 <br />of the Closure Plan (Appendix 8). This drawing shows a dotted legend <br />that indicates asphalt concrete flood protection will be installed in <br />this area which generally corresponds to the 100 year flood zone. This <br />flood protection will be staked in the field using the flood <br />elevations shown on Figure 5, and will be installed after final cover <br />is placed on landfilled areas which are contained in this zone. <br />e) Climatology: <br />Climatological values required for the site were taken from the <br />California Department of Water Resources (DWR) publications using <br />information from nearby climatologically similar stations.
