~~
@ 4) Information on general land use for the area of the site is
contained in Appendix C. A map of the General Plan to 1995 for San
~~ Joaquin County is contained in this appendix' This map indicates
that approximately 30% of the land within a circular area of a 1 mile
radius from the site center is zoned as conservation. The remaining
70% is zoned as general agricultural. The reason for the conservation
zoning is generally due to the fact that the stream bed for Corral
~~ Hollow Creek contains sand and gravel deposits' Both the general
agricultural zoning and the conservation zoning limit development to 1
to 16 primary dwelling units per 160 gross acres, as defined in the
0 County General Plan.
More detailed information, on land use in the area of the Corral
Hollow Sanitary Landfill can be found on detailed maps of land use
developed by the County Planning Department~ which are pages C-2
and C-3 of Appendix C.
m
5) Current use of groundwater within one mile of the site is
described in Section 2.6.1 of the SWAT Report for the site.
e
N 17
