b) Operations Plan: <br />The Operations Plan for the site, Appendix D, describes the waste <br />management unit and operation and disposal methods. Should problems <br />with the waste handling equipment develop at the site, the City of <br />Tracy Public Works Department will facilitate needed repairs or obtain <br />equipment as necessary. <br />c) Inspection and Maintenance Programs: <br />The ground -water SWAT, which contained the first round of sampling for <br />the site, was submitted to RWQCB by San Joaquin County Department of <br />Public Works. This report was meant to constitute compliance with <br />Calderon Legislation and also the first round of annual Subchapter 15 <br />Monitoring for the site. <br />However, the ongoing monitoring will be submitted by the City of <br />Tracy, Department of Public Works to RWQCB, once the Waste Discharge <br />Requirements for the site are established and site monitoring <br />commences' This monitoring will generally be performed according to <br />the Ground water Monitoring Plan submitted to RWQCB on February 25, <br />1988. This plan was approved by a RWQCB letter dated April 5, 198B. <br />Regular landfill maintenance will be performed by City of Tracy <br />Public Works Department staff. This work will include maintenance of <br />on-site storm drainage, access roads, cover material, equipment, and <br />20 <br />
