Hill <br /> Phone : ( 209 ) 468-3073 <br /> Project Title: INCREASED WASTE QUANTITIES PROJECT <br /> CORRAL HOLLOW SANITARY LANDFILL - SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> As a result of an Initial Study, a copy of which has been attached, it <br /> is concluded that the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report <br /> pursuant to the Environmental Quality Act of 1970 is not required. <br /> It has been determined that the above named project: <br /> 1 ) Does not have the potential to degrade the quality of <br /> the environment, substantially reduce the habitat of a fish <br /> or wildlife species, cause a fish or wildlife population to <br /> drop below self sustaining levels, threaten to eliminate a <br /> plant or animal community, reduce the number, or restrict <br /> the range, of a rare or endangered plant or animal, or <br /> eliminate important examples of the major periods of <br /> California history or prehistory. <br /> 2 ) Does not have the potential to achieve short-term <br /> environmental goals to the disadvantage of long-term <br /> kx.., environmental goals. <br /> 3 ) Does not have impacts which are individually limited but <br /> cumulatively considerable. <br /> 4) Does not have environmental effects which will cause <br /> substantial adverse effects on human beings, either directly <br /> or indirectly. <br /> Date: February 25 , 1992 <br /> HENRY M.
