It appears that this dump has been accepting these containers <br />for quite some time. These containers and/or contents in our <br />opinion are toxic wastes which would be classified as Class I <br />wastes. <br />We recommend that these Class I wastes be prohibited at <br />this site until such time as the discharger submits a proposal <br />for a Class I site and we have an opportunity to evaluate it <br />with your staff. <br />6.
