EXHIBIT, 7 <br />CORRAL HOLLOW SANITARY LANDFILL <br />State laws prohibit the disposal of hazardous and liquid wastes at <br />the Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill. In conformance with these <br />State regulations, a Load Checking Program has been implemented for <br />the Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill for. detection of wastes which <br />are prohibited at the site. The following elements of the program <br />have been initiated at the site. <br />UWastes which are prohibited are the following: <br />Chemicals or chemical sludges which are toxic, corrosive, <br />an irritant, or a strong sensitizer. <br />Drugs. <br />Infectious wastes. <br />Flammables or explosives. <br />Free liquids, including liquid residues in containers or <br />cans which are greater than one gallon in volume. <br />Oil, batteries, or fuel wastes. <br />Pesticides or insecticides (properly -neutralized- and <br />rinsed containers are allowed). <br />Bag house or air scrubber wastes. <br />Asbestos wastes. <br />Tank cleaning sludges or sediments. <br />Contaminated soil or sand. <br />If prohibited wastes are delivered to the Corral Hollow <br />Sanitary Landfill and detected under the - ,Load Check-ing <br />Program, the responsible customer will be requested -to remove <br />such waste from the site for disposal at a properly designated <br />disposal site.
