The, first sentence in the last paragraph in the section on <br />"Impact" 4.5-2, should be modified as follows: <br />"It is recommended that a minimal ground water monitoring A24 <br />programbeinstituted at the project site, in order to <br />maintain documentation of ground waterquality" and ,potential <br />contamination moving =from the site into ground water. <br />2. In that same paragraph, a sentence should be added as <br />follows: ,®...contaminants originating from other sources." <br />Similarly, because the site is located in highly permeable- <br />gravel-rich <br />ermeablegravel-rich sediments (see second paragX:aph above in this <br />section) an adgggatp= ground wa r monitoring r a would <br />also detect movement of contaminants that originate on the A25 <br />materials recovery and transfer facility. Monitoring; <br />wells that provide information on ground water levels, <br />gradient, and water quality can be effective in detecting;' <br />contaminants that originate on-site, as well as in detecting <br />contaminants that originate off-site.
