Based on review of the text, Section 3.4.2, first full paragraph on page 10 states that" <br />After the seal has been hydrated, it will be allowed to cure for at least 30 minutes prior <br />further well sampling or construction activities." However, Section 3.4.4, second <br />paragraph states: "After the bentonite chip seal is constructed, the bentonite will be <br />allowed to hydrate for at least one hour before additional well development." <br />For consistency and employing prudent practices of installing an effective bentonite seal, the <br />text in Section 3.4.2 should be modified to state: " After the seal has been hydrated, it will <br />e allowed to cure for at least one hour prior further well sampling or construction <br />activities." <br />2.
