Mr. Todd Del Frate -2- <br />WELL COMPLETION REPORT, CORRAL HOLLOW SANITARY AADFILL <br />An EMP Report required by the Section 13267 Order is due in February. As you and I also <br />discussed, that report will present the evaluation of the data from the first set of weds and will <br />propose a schedule for the second set of wells and delivery of a final EMP Report assuming that <br />the second set of wells is sufficient. We hope that a third set of wells will not be necessary. <br />We understand that we must submit a second Well Completion Report for the second set of <br />wells, which will include documentation of abandoning this first set of wells. Abandoning the <br />first set of three temporary wells is scheduled for December 19, 2011. <br />We also understand that we must submit a full EMP Report assessing the extent of impact and <br />an Engineering Feasibility Study based on the results, once the extent of impact has been <br />assessed. <br />Please call me with any questions at (2 468-8504. <br />Sincerely, <br />W.
