If removed for <br /> future pipeline repair, the break-away panels will be replaced and the closure of <br /> this area will be re-certified. <br /> In accordance with Title 27 section 20323 and 20324, A Construction Quality <br /> Assurance (CQA) plan has been prepared for the closure cap extension project <br /> (Appendix 1). . This plan I describes the procedures and protocols to ensure that <br /> the final cover will comply with the closure regulations of Title 27, Section 21710. <br /> All work for the closure extension project will be done in accordance with the CQA <br /> plan.
