Reporting responsibilities maybe adjusted by <br /> the Owner, as needed. <br /> 9.3 Document Format <br /> This CQA Plan is divided into the following five sections: <br /> ♦ Section 1 is the introduction and presents the document format and <br /> definitions and terms used throughout the document. <br /> ♦ Section 2 presents general requirements of the CQA program and <br /> organization. <br /> ♦ Sections 3 and 4 present special requirements for specific work items of <br /> the construction, including procedures such as materials verification, test <br /> standards, testing frequencies, conformance and construction testing, and <br /> construction monitoring for each work item. <br /> ♦ Section 5 presents methods of documentation and record keeping. <br /> All parties involved in the construction will be thoroughly familiar with this document, <br /> the project construction drawings, and the technical specifications. <br /> 1.4 Reference Documents <br /> The following reference documents provide background information and support this <br /> CQA Plan for construction: <br /> ♦ American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Annual Book of <br /> ASTM Standards.
