Also referred to as <br /> "designer" or "engineer." <br /> Earthwork — A construction activity involving the use of soil materials as defined in <br /> the construction specifications and Section 3 of this Plan. <br /> FCR — Final construction report. <br /> Geosynthetics Contractor—Also referred to as the "Contractor." The person or firm <br /> responsible for geosynthetics construction. This definition applies to any party <br /> installing geomembrane, geocomposite, geonet, GCL, or other geosynthetic material, <br /> even if not his primary function. <br /> GRI - Geosvnthetic Research Institute <br /> Non-Conformance —A deficiency in characteristic, documentation, or procedure that <br /> renders the quality of an item or activity unacceptable or indeterminate.
