The work was undertaken by SCS Field Services(SCS) in accordance with Task
2 of our proposal dated April 24, 2013.
' SCS's scope of work for this task included:
• Perform total depth and liquid level measurements at the vertical LFG extraction wells
• Perform field monitoring Vertical Extraction Wells and LFG Monitoring Probes using field
instruments, and perform a visual inspection for proper operation, damage and conditions.
' • Perform video monitoring of accessible extraction wells risers.
' • Perform a visual inspection of all above grade gas collection system components.
• Perform flow/pressure verification monitoring at select locations of the GCCS conveyance
piping(header) system.
• Prepare this summary memorandum.
rIn general, SCS recommends that current operation of the BFS and LFG Collection System
continue to be adjusted in attempts to optimize individual well and overall LFG content from the
' Extraction Wells. Additionally, if the overall methane content can be elevated (to optimize flare
performance), we further recommend that the wells which indicate the highest levels of VOC's be
increased in extraction rate to improve removal of these compounds as required by the RWQCB.
