However, Caltrans response to RWQCB was that they feel as if the County <br />is responsible for closing and maintaining the entire portion. It would be great to get a response to <br />Caltrans from your legal and see what you think. We are following your direction and support your <br />agency's decision. As you know, the latest schedule for closure submitted by the County puts this <br />closure for sometimes around March 2009. It would be great to have these uncapped portions closed <br />sometimes this year. We could get together sometimes next week if you like and discuss this issue a <br />bit more. Maybe we should revisit <br />this. I have not received any comment on the Caltrans letter from our legal. I will try to get an answer.
