3.3 LANDFILL GAS <br />3.3.A Landfill Gas Migration Monitoring <br />There is no change in reporting requirements for landfill gas migration <br />monitoring due to the extension of the closure cap. <br />3.3.13 Landfill Gas Collection <br />The operating temperature and flow rate of the flare are recorded <br />continuously. Per the AQMD permit, all reports are stored as required. <br />Adjustments of the LFG system and maintenance of the flare station are <br />logged. <br />The closure cap extension area will be open grassland. The surface to be monitored and maintained is <br />increased by approximately 10% by the closure cap extension. <br />The county intends to survey the entire landfill after the closure cap extension <br />project. The initial survey of the closure cap extension project will be done at <br />that time. <br />5.1.13 Final Cover Over Shell Oil Pipeline <br />A re -installation and certification plan for the final cover over the shell oil <br />pipeline will be specified in the CAQ plan.
